Young Finnish rider Jone Illi rode to the win with Starlight with time 33.45 seconds in the CSI 1* 140 cm class presented by Pohjola. To the second place with brave round in the second round came Finnish rider Marina Ehrnrooth and Qualime with 37.07 seconds. To the last spot on the top three rode Hungarian Anna Simicska and Carundy with 38.77 seconds.
After the award ceremony Jone was in a great mood.
“The horse felt really good and overall it felt really good to win after I didn’t get to start yesterday. The arena is really nice and the atmosphere is great.”
In the jump off round Jone made the audience to gasp when making a tight turn after the 11th hurdle.
“We planned it ahead during the course walk.”
