The 36th Edition of the popular Helsinki International Horse Show turned out to be a great success.

After three pandemic years – two cancelled events – the Horse Show returned, probably more successfully than ever.

Close to 52.000 visitors turned up over the 5-day-event in Helsingin Jäähalli, right in the centre of Helsinki. The famous sports arena, with its steep tribunes and compact infrastructure, provided a great atmosphere and ambience all through the whole week.

The Super Star of Helsinki turned out to be Angelica Augustsson-Zanotelli and her great mare Kalinka van de Nachtgaele, who were unbeatable in the two main competitions, the Saturday Defender Grand Trophy and the Sunday Longines FEI Jumping World Cup.

50 international riders from 19 nations turned up, led by international super stars Steve Guerdat, Jens Fredricson, Kevin Staut and Top 10 ranked Marlon Modolo Zanotelli. More than 200 domestic riders enjoyed “Riding with the Stars” and over 500 “Horse Show Crew” volunteers made the event come true.

The 37th Helsinki Horse Show welcomes you 18.-22.10.2023 to the Helsinki Icehall!
