The European Jumping Championships in Milano are hardly over – as more top riders confirm their participation in the 5* Longines FEI World Cup event in Helsinki.
The latest confirmation from Tuesday evening is European Team Champion, Sweden´s Jens Fredricson. Team Captain Henrik Anckarcrona confirmed the Organizer that Jens is his choice for the official quota of Sweden.
“Looks like the Helsinki preparations runs in very happy atmosphere”, Tom Gordin, Event Director comments satisfied.
“We now have entered four riders from the absolute top – multiple Olympic, World and European Champions. Henrik von Eckermann, Martin Fuchs, Peder and Jens Fredricson. This must be a dream for the Helsinki crowd, to experience these Champion riders “live” in the Helsinki Ice Hall. Can´t wait for the complete starting list, which is published on September 28, Gordin continues.
Jens Fredricson is a member of the extremely successful Swedish team, which won gold last year at the World Championships, and repeated their gold medals at the European Championships in Milano last week.
