The 2023 Edition of Five Star Helsinki Horse Show turned out to fill all expectations. The ultimate Top Riders chose once again Helsinki in their challenging tour program. World Number One, Henrik von Eckermann, lead an amazing squad, including Steve Guerdat, Peder Fredricson, Martin Fuchs and Jens Fredricson, much to the pleasure of the Horse Show visitors. Being the biggest annual indoor event in Finland, a great number of 51 000 visitors found their way the the cosy Helsinki Ice Hall.

The five-day-event included multiple opportunities for young and coming Finnish stars to perform on the same stage as the International Top Riders. The domestic Pohjola Super Finals grew in popularity and were welcomed by both riders, owners and spectators. More than 200 domestic riders grabbed the chance to compete in the domestic series during the week.

The three-day-international event offered eight international competitions, highlighted by the Helsinki Grand Trophy and the Longines FEI World Cup Jumping leg. Despite the impressive squad of world leading jumping riders, young Irish Richard Howley repeated his victory from Oslo in the prestigous Longines FEI World Jumping Leg.
