Expo ticket on sale – The expo area offers a comprehensive program that delights both children and adults alike.
A diverse range of activities awaits visitors: the National Arena, dedicated to Finnish equestrian sports, will host show jumping, western riding, Icelandic Horse classes, and driving classes. Families can also look forward to plenty of fun and engaging activities throughout the Horse Show week.
Katja Ståhl Hosts the Hevosurheilu RATSASTUS Stage
At the brand-new Hevosurheilu RATSASTUS stage, visitors can enjoy rider interviews, fascinating talks, and current panel discussions. Host Katja Ståhl, a rider herself, welcomes both international and Finnish equestrian guests. Her lively insight brings conversations to life, diving deep into the world of horses and riding.
Young Athletes Take the Stage at the Hobby Horse Arena
The new OP Uusimaa Hobby Horse Arena welcomes both enthusiasts and newcomers.
The area has three arenas: for competitions, shows, and free riding. The program includes open competitions, national ranking classes, and qualifiers for the Finnish Championships.
Official judges from the Finnish Hobbyhorse Association (SKHH ry) oversee the classes, where riders can earn ranking points. Bring your hobbyhorse—or a friend—and join the fun! Registration opens in November.
The children’s area also offers other activities for the little ones.

The Horse Show’s expo area offers all-day experiences – seamlessly transition from the excitement of the arena to shopping and new discoveries. When it’s time to take a break, Helsinki Expo Centre’s restaurants and cafés serve up delicious meals and a relaxed atmosphere to recharge between activities.

In this jumping class, all riders who complete a clear round will be awarded.
In this class, riders can earn Finnish Championship (SM) ranking points. Scoring is done according to method A.2.0, where competitors are ranked first by faults and then by time. Open to riders born in 2014 and later.
The high jump challenges riders to clear the highest single obstacle. Starting height is 80 cm, increasing gradually.
In this class, riders compete head-to-head against another competitor. Each rider performs a short dressage test (consisting of 4–8 movements). The judge and audience decide which rider from each pair advances. The competition proceeds in a knockout format, with winners facing each other in subsequent rounds.
