Starting from the 2025–2026 World Cup season, the Helsinki Horse Show will be held in the spring and at a new venue, the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre (Messukeskus).
The first event at the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre will take place from February 26 to March 1, 2026.
The Helsinki Horse Show Press Center serves media representatives throughout the event. The Press Center offers facilities for both work and relaxation. Our press team and press manager are available to assist with any issues or questions that may arise. Reserved seating is provided for members of the press in the stands, and photographers will receive instructions regarding designated photo areas around the arenas.
Media accreditation for the comming Horse Show will open at the beginning of January. In January, you will find the accreditation form on our media page. All applicants seeking accreditation for the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ event must complete the form.
Dear Members of the Media 2026
Media accreditation for this year’s Helsinki International Horse Show will open during the second week of January. At that time, you will find the accreditation form on our media page, which must be completed by anyone seeking accreditation for the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ event at Helsinki Messukeskus by 10 February 2026.
Accreditation is open only to media representatives who will be working at the event. Freelancers must provide proof of their media assignment. If your application is approved, you will receive confirmation by email by 12 February. Your personal media pass can be collected from the main entrance of Messukeskus from Thursday, 26 February onwards.
The press centre will open on competition days approximately one hour before the first performance begins. We offer the press a dedicated workspace at Messukeskus. Accreditation grants journalists access to the media seating area in the stands. Photographers are granted access to the designated photography area outside the international arena. Photographers will be issued a deposit-based photo wristband, which can be collected from the press centre.
Photographers may only supply images for editorial purposes. Photographers are not permitted to approach riders, owners, or the audience to sell photographs taken at the event.
Content creators and influencers
Accreditation for content creators and influencers is granted on a case-by-case basis. Please include in your application a description of your channels, the number of followers, and the purpose of your reporting. If you are working for a rider, please attach the following information to your request: the name of the rider you are representing and written confirmation from the rider or a team member.
Accreditation grants access to the photography area outside the international arena. It does not grant access to the competition field. Permission to photograph the prize-giving ceremony is possible upon advance request, subject to availability and adherence to the dress code. Permission to photograph the course walk must be requested from the press officer for each class, and the client must support the application.
Content creators may publish a maximum of 45 seconds of content on social media. Filming and publishing entire rounds or programmes are not permitted unless purchased from the FEI´s ClipMyHorseTV service. Please note that this does not apply to the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ class, for which video recording is NOT permitted.
Content creators may not advertise their own business or acquire new clients during the event. Content creators may only photograph or film those riders who are mentioned in their confirmation message. Violation of these guidelines will invalidate the application and accreditation will be revoked.
We kindly ask you to send us all press clippings, web links, or PDF clippings from the event to: kati.hurme@helsinkihorseshow.fi.
