The Amateur Tour offers all amateur competitors the opportunity to compete at the renewed Helsinki International Horse Show in the magnificent surroundings of the Helsinki Expo Centre.

The following classes are held in Helsinki:
Pohjola Small Road to Helsinki
Pohjola Bronze Road to Helsinki
Pohjola Finnish Horse Road to Helsinki
Class 1a, Small Tour, Intermediate I
Open to the 5 best horse–rider combinations based on qualification competitions. The Finnish Equestrian Federation (SRL) will make the selections after the closing date for entries, by 15 February.
Qualification competitions: Ypäjä 24–26 October 2025 & Ypäjä 30 January–1 February 2026
The top 5 will be selected based on the combined percentage scores from the qualification competitions.
Class 1b
In addition, the organiser may grant participation rights (wild cards) to a maximum of 3 horse–rider combinations. Selections will be made by 15 February.
Please indicate your interest in participating in Class 1a within the entry period, no later than Sunday 8 February.
The entry fees (34 + 34 €) for combinations transferred to Class 1a will become payable once participation is confirmed.
Class 2a, Winter Cup Final
Open according to the Winter Cup rules to the best horse–rider combination in each age category (excluding children) and in the Finnish Horse category based on series competition points, as well as to the combination achieving the best percentage score in the final qualifying competition who would not otherwise have the right to participate in the final.
Class 2b
If horse–rider combinations granted participation rights do not take part in the final, the participation right will pass to the next eligible combination in each group.
Please indicate your interest in participating in Class 2a within the entry period, no later than Sunday 8 February.
The entry fees (30 + 30 €) for combinations transferred to Class 2a will become payable once participation is confirmed.
