The key personnel of the Helsinki Horse Show met at a traditional summer gathering at the Helsinki Ice Hall. The collective spirit was lifted by the charismatic and inspiring explorer and motivational speaker Patrick “Pata” Degerman. Pata has led several expeditions, that have taken him to extreme conditions in the polar regions and the deepest jungles in the world. He gave the key personnel concrete tips and ways to strengthen teamwork and increase ones own courage, preparedness and good decisions.
