The popular five star mega-event Helsinki Horse Show  2022 was launched today at the legendary Olympic Stadium, the venue of the 1952 Helsinki Olympic Games. The five-day-event puts up a new and fresh program, expecting to attract over 40.000 visitors at the Helsinki Icehall right in the heart of Helsinki.

A major change is the all-day SuperSunday, offering everything the fans might expect.

Three international jumping competitions, the fan-attracting Knock-Out Dressage, a Super Star Jumping Clinic, and the clou: the Longines FEI World Cup Jumping competition with some of the best riders of the international jumpinc circuit. Contrary to earlier years, the national Pohjola Gold Grand Prix will end the five-day show later in the afternoon.

Today was announced two major sponsorships of the event: Hööks, leading in horse tack in the Nordic countries, and Pohjola Vakuutus, one of the biggest insurance companies in Finland. Pohjola brings in a bunch of national competitions, of various level, all Pohjola branded. They act as the Finals of the outdoor-season Pohjola-series.

Finland celebrates the 70 year anniversary of the 1952 Olympic Games in Helsinki. As the Horse Show Head Quarter moved into the legendary Olympic Stadium last autumn, it´s more than natural, that the anniversary will have its place in the Horse Show program.
