More Arenas, More Experiences – A Record-Breaking Program Throughout the Event!

The expo area offers a comprehensive program that delights both children and adults alike.

A diverse range of activities awaits visitors: the National Arena, dedicated to Finnish equestrian sports, will host show jumping, western riding, Icelandic Horse classes, and driving classes. Families can also look forward to plenty of fun and engaging activities throughout the HIHS week.

Katja Ståhl Hosts the “Hevosurheilu RATSASTUS” Stage
At the brand-new Hevosurheilu RATSASTUS stage, visitors can enjoy rider interviews, fascinating talks, and current panel discussions. Host Katja Ståhl, a rider herself, welcomes both international and Finnish equestrian guests. With her lively and insightful guidance, conversations come to life, offering deep dives into the world of horses and riding.

Young Athletes Take the Stage at the Hobbyhorse Arena
The new OP Uusimaa Hobbyhorse Arena invites both hobbyhorse enthusiasts and newcomers to explore and participate. The arena will feature open competitions, classes within the Finnish national ranking system, and qualifiers for the Finnish Championships. There will also be opportunities for free riding sessions.

Official judges from the Finnish Hobbyhorse Association (SKHH ry) will oversee the classes. Riders can collect ranking points in SM-ring classes to qualify for the national championships. So grab your hobbyhorse – or a friend – and come enjoy all the arena has to offer! Registration for the classes opens in November. The Finnish Hobbyhorse Association will also be present at the event.

Horse Show’s Horse Expo Becomes an Unforgettable Experience!
This year, the shopping paradise expands further than ever across the halls of Helsinki Expo Centre – featuring a record number of exhibitors. You’ll find everything from horse gear and care products to fashion and wellbeing. It’s the perfect place to make unique finds, get inspired, and spend time immersed in the horse world.

The Horse Show’s expo area offers all-day experiences – effortlessly transition from the grandstand to shopping, and from the arena to new adventures. When it’s time to take a break, Helsinki Expo Centre’s restaurants and cafés serve up delicious meals and a relaxed atmosphere to recharge between activities.
