The Heroes from Helsinki in Big Roles in Omaha Final

Longines FEI World Cup Jumping in Omaha ended with a real thriller final. At his home ground and 17th attempt to win the gold medal, McLain Ward put up a fabulous clear round track record over all the days. He indeed was worth the gold medal!

"It was nice to see the heroes from Helsinki showing superb form over the final days. Eleven out of the nineteen European riders started earlier in October in the second leg, CSI-W5* Helsinki", says Event Director Tom Gordin.

"The two-time Helsinki leg winner, Romain Duguet, took silver followed by his fellow rider Henrik von Eckermann on third place, while young Martin Fuchs ended up an inch outside the medals as fourth. I´m convinced we will face a thrilling CSI-W5* Helsinki coming October".

Helsinki International Horse Show CSI-W5* is organised on October 18-22. The Event is an important part of Suomi-Finland 100 years Anniversary events.
